    Digitanity dedicated teams are an authentic augmentation to our customers’ team in Head Quarter. You can meet us in Phoenix – Arizona, and Sofia- Bulgaria. 

    Our client Agilio Software is a successful and growing HealthTech SaaS business. They put their customers first. They currently have around 180 staff based at multiple locations in the UK. Their markets are Dental, Primary Care, Hospital and SME. They have HR and Compliance products which are sold B2B and e-learning products which are sold both B2B and B2C. Company’s mission is to enable all health practitioners to maximise their time on clinical delivery by digitising the management of their practice.

    We are looking for: a .Net Team Lead

    Role Purpose

    As a .Net Technical Lead, you will play a key role in our engineering team. Your primary focus and main objective will be to lead a project team in developing, testing, and integrating software for our next generation Workforce, HR, Compliance and Learning microservice platform. You will be a approaching this role with a Cloud and API first mindset, leveraging your experience to produce world class technical solutions.

    Responsibilities & Accountabilities

    • Work as part of cross-functional, passionate agile project teams to ensure quality is driven into the heart of the development process from requirements definition to delivery.

    • Architecting, designing, developing and maintaining platform microservices.

    • Provide technical leadership and mentoring for the project team.

    • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.

    • Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for great performance.

    • Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.

    Essential Experience & Skills

    • 5+ years’ experience with C# and .NET

    • C# .net 4.0 or higher (core and standard)

    • ASP.NET MVC

    • ORM experience with entity framework/entity framework core

    • Experience with SQL server

    • Designing & implementing web APIs / REST APIs

    • Unit & integration testing

    • TDD / BDD approaches

    • Design patterns

    • Distributed systems / Microservices

    • Leading a development team

    • Git

    • Cloud / Azure experience – IaaS and PaaS

    Desirable Experience & Skills

    • Experience in the healthcare or dental sector

    • Line management & mentoring

    • Experience with CI/CD – / GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps Pipelines

    • VueJS or front-end frameworks

    • non-RDMS experience (document DB, graph DB)

    • GraphQL

    • OIDC / OAuth 2.0 (grant types, scopes, JWTs)

    • Swagger / OpenAPI

    • Docker / Kubernetes
