    As an L2 Analyst in our Security Operations Center, you will play a critical role in investigating escalated security incidents. You will analyze and assess security breaches, coordinate with other teams, and ensure incidents are resolved efficiently. Proficiency in German is essential for communication and documentation.

    This is your job:

    • Analyze and investigate escalated security incidents from L1 Analysts.
    • Assess the security impact and implement appropriate countermeasures.
    • Collaborate closely with L1 Analysts and Incident Response Teams.
    • Document all actions and results in detail within the ticketing system.
    • Support continuous improvement of detection rules and processes.
    • Make changes to systems and documents such as runbooks

    Your qualifications:

    • Bachelors Degree (or in progress) in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in SOC teams.
    • Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
    • Experience with ticketing systems is desirable.
    • Relevant cybersecurity certifications are a significant asset.

    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    Work Environment:

    • Periodic on-call responsibilities may be required.
