About the Job:

We are committed to delivering a unique product and are eager to add a talented Tech Lead for our frontend team to take technical ownership of our products.

About You:

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience.
• Experience as a lead developer in a team/project.
• Proven experience mentoring colleagues – you have successfully guided and supported less experienced developers in their career growth.
• Expert in modern JavaScript, TypeScript, React.
• Passionate and knowledgeable about modern web technologies, and continuously updating your knowledge to stay current with industry trends.
• Experience in sports, media, or betting industry is a plus.

Responsibilities include:

• Mentoring a team of 3 front-end developers
• Establish technical standards and best practices for the Front-End team – defining and enforcing coding standards and best practices to ensure high-quality code.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards:- reviewing review team members’ code to maintain code quality and compliance with established standards.
• Drive technical innovation and keep the team updated on the latest web technology developments.
• Manage technical debt and ensure sustainable codebase health.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Collaborate with team leads and stakeholders to ensure cohesive and integrated project execution.
