About the vacancy

 The client is a global fintech company with over several billion in revenue, providing technologies and tools for financial institutions worldwide. The client has the appetite to disrupt the way market participants connect by launching a new investment management platform.

The platform is designed to help potential client quickly and accurately allocate their investment around different funds incorporating client preferences .

And we are seeking candidates with solid Business Analyst skills, who can efficiently work with business stakeholders and Agile/Scrum IT teams on requirements elicitation and management and are experienced enough to drive the process without regular senior oversight. In this position, you will be communicating with stakeholders across the US and Europe in English, so good communication and language skills are very crucial. The expected working hours are overlapping EST time zone working hours by at least 4 hours.

Must have

• 3+ years of business/system analysis experience
• Experience in investment domain is a must & along with willingness to understand how the private equity work
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in facilitating effective interactions between the project team and the customer
• Experience working with clients: establishing business contacts, managing expectations, getting feedback, discussing the client needs, and reporting
  Experience collecting requirements, conducting business/systems analysis, and writing specifications
• Experience in requirements management throughout the project lifecycle
• Experience in requirements management for Agile development (stories, epic, etc.)
• Ability to professionally convert fuzzy unstructured information into clear requirements
• Experience in modeling business processes.
• Should be creative, detail-oriented, resourceful, and have the ability to think independently

Would be a plus

• Expertise in capital markets or private equity
• Experience in developing UI wireframes
• Professional certificates (CCBA, CBAP – IIBA, PMI-PBA – PMI, CPRE – IREB)
• Experience in the pre-sales support of discovery phases, RFI/RFP
