The purpose of the Project Manager is to successfully manage and deliver the company’s change requests/small projects. To be part of the team creating and sustaining a positive relationship with large corporate customers and the Internal company’s business.
At least 2 years working in an office environment;
Experience working in a customer facing environment;
Understanding of the AP/AR and P2P process
Fluency in English;
You might fit the position.

Familiar with Prince2;
Familiar with ERP (SAP/Oracle/JDE) ;
Have experience with Workflow and OCR;
Able to travel domestically and, on occasion, internationally;

Manage the company’s Implementation process for small projects by adopting its methodology;
Manage and support the technical implementation required to implement the change required by the customer;
Support any campaign management or communications required to enrol suppliers or provide education on changes being implemented onto the company;
Ensure client agreement to timelines provided;
Provide regular client feedback on progress and orchestrate remedial action where necessary;
Develop effective working relationships with internal teams to facilitate effective project management and resource coordination;
Provide weekly internal reporting and feedback of project progress and issues;
Creation and updates of required documentation such as task list, issues log, weekly dashboard, meeting minutes;
