What you’ll do

Being a Scrum Master is your chance to join our exciting hub in Sofia – which means you’ll:

• Support delivery teams to facilitate agile ways of working like Scrum & Kanban – provide feedback, coaching and mentoring

• Identify improvements across teams through effective retrospectives with backlogs of improvements that are prioritised and progressed

• Foster collaborative and transparent working relationships with key partners and stakeholders across Costa and with external markets

• Remove obstacles and blockers and protect the team from distractions, highlighting any dependencies. Help to create an open environment where challenge is met with an open mind – in line with the Costa Values

• Help teams adopt new/contemporary working practices and behaviours including — but not limited to — specific agile methodologies, processes, tools and ceremonies

Who you are

It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in:

• SAFe Scrum Master (or equivalent)/ PMI/APMG Project Manager Certification (or equivalent at basic level)

• Full demonstrative knowledge of agile practices (SCRUM/Kanban)

• Influence/Stakeholder management

• Governance processes for IT projects

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Location – Sofia – Hybrid

The role will be hybrid model with the expectation of being in the Sofia office 2-3 days per week as required. Some international travel may also be required occasionally to UK.
