New exciting and most promising Startup in the FinTech sector is looking for a QA Manager to join their team to build the next generation of applications.
The QA Manager will lead a distributed team located in 2 locations in Bulgaria and Cyprus. QA management responsibilities include working with the Product, R&D, Support and other teams coordinating and leading the methodology of all company products and versions, on time with high quality standards and within scope. QA Manager will monitor all product development delivery aspects defining and tracking high standard quality KPIs.
4+ years of experience with hands on of Web manual testing
Experienced with writing and executing STP, STD and high level STR
3+ years of Management experience
Experienced with planning cross company QA strategy and approach.
Experienced with structuring the array of QA department (Manual Testers, Test Automation)
Experienced with improving and maintain quality of workflows and procedures
Familiar with Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban)
Knowledge with Jira (Advantage)
Team leading experience (Advantage)
Test Automation knowledge such as Selenium (Advantage)
Experienced with managing a team of at least 2 QA members (advantage)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, quick learner
Knowledge databases such as MySQL, Server or Oracle – an advantage
