ERP and Data Manager

ConverterTec is a global specialist in electric power conversion. Since 1995, the first variable-speed Concycle® generators and power conversion technology have been used in marine applications, uninterruptible power supply, as well as in emerging wind and solar/PV applications.

As of today, we are looking to a legacy of more than 23,000 converter systems in on – and offshore applications, shipped to 47 different countries worldwide, which correspond to more than 45GW.

Our R&D centers in Kempen, Krakow and Sofia as well as our global service hubs support our global customer base on all continents.

We are looking for an ERP and Data Manager to take ownership of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central landscape and help us build a more data-driven organization. You will work closely with teams across Finance, Logistics, and Production to improve processes, ensure reliable reporting, and support our ERP rollout across Germany, Poland, and Bulgaria. Beyond ERP, you will play a key role in shaping how we structure, connect, and use our data – laying the foundation for scalable reporting and analytics across the group. This is a hands-on role with real ownership – and we will invest in your growth into modern data platform technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, maintain, and improve D365 Business Central across Finance, Logistics, and Production.
• Work with business teams to map, analyze, and optimize end-to-end processes.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards that give our teams reliable, timely insights.
• Design and improve data models that serve as a solid foundation for reporting and analytics.
• Support our ERP rollout across the ConverterTec Group, including testing, training, and documentation.
• Connect systems and ensure data flows reliably between them – from ERP to reporting layer.
• Resolve incidents, document knowledge, and drive continuous improvement
• Act as the bridge between business users, IT, and external vendors.

Your profile:

• Solid hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Good understanding of how data is structured – you think in data flows, relationships, and models, not just reports.
• Comfortable working with SQL for queries, data troubleshooting, and basic integrations.
• Strong analytical mindset – you can translate a messy business problem into clean data or process solution.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and translating their needs into system solutions.
• PowerBI experience is a plus – we can develop this together.
• Solid knowledge of Power BI, including data modeling and DAX.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms (e.g. Microsoft Fabric, Azure) is a plus – structured upskilling provided.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to our sites in Germany and Poland.
