As part of this strategy, Commerzbank continues the expansion of its Digital Technology Center in Sofia, Bulgaria. We need motivated people who will join us on this journey and we are looking for a Senior Dynatrace Administrator in our Operations & Monitoring team.

In your role as Dynatrace Administrator (DEV/OPS) you will be a member of an international team of Monitoring experts. You are responsible for maintaining and operating the strategic APM & Observability platform with more than 500 connected Applications at Commerzbank.

In the Operations & Monitoring (OM) cluster we deliver cross-functional services for the whole IT. We have a centralized overview across the entire digital organization while enabling other clusters to maintain production stability.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Coordinating major outages while supporting the digital organization in the trouble shooting process;
• Monitoring a huge number of systems and alert if outages occur;
• Supporting our customers with proper ITIL Management, e.g. Incident-, Change and Problem management;
• Monitoring critical processes (end2end), alert and support other IT units if needed;
• Monitor the IT performance and availability of the IT landscape;
• Operating testing environments as well as Mainframe-, Network-, and Unix/Windows-Systems.

Dein Profil:

• Strong experience creating and maintaining scripts using Python;
• Very experienced in maintaining & configuring APM&Observability tool (Dynatrace, Splunk, AppDynamics, Idera, Datadog);
• Familiar with creating and maintaining technical documentation, knowledge base and assist new members of the team with their KT;
• Experience with resource optimization and capacity planning experience to ensure scalability of monitoring solutions;
• Experience with scripting and automation to automate repetitive tasks and customize monitoring solutions;
• Experience with provided Solutions and Network architecture of at minimum one Cloud Provider like Azure, AWS or Google;
• Experience with provided Solutions and Network architecture of at minimum one SaaS Service;
• Good understanding of Kubernetes / Openshift environments.
