As part of this strategy, Commerzbank continues the expansion of its Digital Technology Center in Sofia, Bulgaria. We need talented people who will join us on this journey and right in the beginning we are looking for a Network Security Engineer (SASE) in our Network and Security Infrastructure organization.

Your responsibilities would consist of:

• Providing 1st/2nd level support and administration of various network security technologies;
• Handling Requests, Incidents, Changes and Problems in our production SASE environment;
• Evaluating and implementing Firewall Requests, Incidents, Changes and Problems;
• Communicating and collaborating with various internal departments as well as external vendors;
• Supporting various network security projects;
• Participating in weekends, public holiday and on-call support when required;
• Contributing as an effective team player in an Agile team;
• Performing other tasks related to the job.

The skills and experience we would like you to have:

• Good knowledge of general network concepts – routing & switching;
• Experience with Firewall, IDS/IPS and Malware protection technologies by vendors such as Cisco, FortiNet and Palo Alto;
• Experience with Site-to-Site and Remote Access VPNs;
• Experience with SASE environments (preferably Prisma SASE by Palo Alto);
• Good knowledge of network management technologies like SNMP, SYSLOG, IP SLA, NetFlow;
• Experience with Cloud environments (GCP and Microsoft Azure);
• Experience with Proxy would be a plus;
• University degree in Computer Networking, IT or relevant;
• Fluency in English.
