As part of this strategy, Commerzbank is building a new Digital Technology Center in Sofia, Bulgaria. The teams here are focused on development, improvement and support of software solutions which digitalise the business of the bank.
We need talented people who will join us on this journey and right in the beginning we are looking for a Full Stack Developer (Digital Banking).
You will become part of the business unit Digital Banking Solution, which delivers fast, client-focused Digital Banking products and services for all channels (online, mobile, branches and customer desk).
Developing new reusable services as well as associated web-based applications and frontends for digital products and services, which are part of the portal platform of the bank;
Integrating backend systems from the Commerzbank IT landscape to realize the functionality of your own application;
Designing and developing solutions for complex business requirements and business data objects of the digital finance functionalities and processes with the support of business analysts and other developers in your team;
Supporting incident resolution and bug fixing;
Helping the test and development team;
Working in an agile team setup and participating in scrum ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, Retro).
Meaningful experience and very high knowledge of Java, J2EE;
Deep knowledge in Spring framework;
Solid experience with HTML5, CSS, Java Script (React);
Previous experience in developing web services using REST/ SOAP/ XML/ WSDL;
Experience in object-oriented analysis and design/architecture;
Hands-on experience with unit and module testing;
Good knowledge of OpenShift/ Azure/ CI/CD;
Knowledge of Oracle relational databases;
Excellent collaboration and communication skills;
Good team player with high ability to work in international teams;
Previous experience working in an agile environment;
Fluency in English – both written and spoken;
University degree in IT or relevant.
