As part of this strategy, Commerzbank continues the expansion of its Digital Technology Center in Sofia, Bulgaria. We need motivated people who will join us on this journey and we are looking for an E-Mail Encryption Engineer (Totemo legacy and EPG products) in our Digital Workplace team.

Within the cluster Digital Workplace (DWP), we provide a global end-to-end operation of workplace services (hardware and software at the workplace, CapCom, all phones, collaboration tools, SharePoint, Office 365, etc.) and customer-oriented continuous innovation. This includes vendor/supplier/outsourcing management as well as strategic development of workplace services, products, and hardware management up to various service offerings regarding end-user support or digitalization activities.

Your tasks:

• Administrating and maintaining our Email encryption environment;
• Troubleshooting mail encryption issues as well as finding and developing quick and practical solutions for related issues and requirements;
• Working in an agile environment together with other infrastructure teams abroad, software architects, product owners and technical product managers.

Your profile:

• Experience with Totemo and EPG products;
• Supporting and administrating Email Encryption gateways;
• Cryptographing protocols and algorithms, such as SSL/TLS, PGP, and S/MIME;
• Configuring and managing secure email systems, including spam filters, virus scanners and encryption protocols;
• Experience in setting up and/or implementation of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and overall management of digital certificates;
• Background in network security principles, including firewalls and virtual private networks (VPNs);
• High degree of proactivity and ability to work independently;
• Very good problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Solution-oriented approach and a systematic way of working;
• Customer- and service-oriented manners;
• Willingness to take on-call duties (approximately one week per month);
• Good knowledge of email messaging, IIS, Active Directory ;
• Good skills in English language, German – optional;
• Familiarity with Cloud Services in the field of cloud-based email solutions (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
