As part of this strategy, Commerzbank continues the expansion of its Digital Technology Center in Sofia, Bulgaria. We need motivated people who will join us on this journey and we are looking for a Business Expert with German in our Risk Solutions team.

The cluster Risk Solutions delivers Internal und external APIs for the credit process (e.g. credit application, credit decision),Products and services for Commerzbank,Risk management and Risk assessment for credit exposure.

Our goal is to support the credit application and decision process in Commerzbank by delivering features and services in a segment- comprehensive, scalable and uniform process.

Your tasks:

• Understanding and analyzing the current as-is solution and process flows.
• Understanding and analyzing business requirements, defining and designing appropriate functional solutions.
• Consulting with business and IT experts for workflow optimization.
• Developing and communicating solutions and concepts within the teams.
• Defining functional test scenarios and quality assurance measures. Supporting and coordinating test activities.
• Developing mock-ups of UI screens.
• Bridging communication between different teams.
• Analyzing and design solutions in cases of incidents or issues in close collaboration with other involved teams.
• Gathering, structuring and documenting business requirements.
• Preparing and Maintaining go live, release, product documentation.

Your profile:

• Solid professional experience with business analysis – preferably in banking or financial industry.
• Willingness to continuous learning about credit business and the specific IT solution used.
• Knowledge in a simple procedural programming language and / or good SQL knowledge.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum methodology.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience in Figma.
• Fluency in English and German.
• University degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or relevant.
• Proactively driving projects and tasks to deliver results.
• High flexibility and adaptability to fast-changing environment.
