    About The Role:

    We are looking for a new colleague to join our growing IT Support team in Sofia. We are looking for experienced IT Support Engineer, a bright person, and a team player, communicating well with the team members, especially with the non-technical persons. You would also work in constant communication with our Global IT helpdesk and System Administration department.

    The position requires on site presence in the office most of the time.

    TECHNOLOGIES:

    • OS: Windows 10/ Windows 11,), MacOS, Windows Server /2019/2022
    • Mobile devices: Android, iOS
    • Services: Active Directory, Azure AD, VPN, DNS, DHCP, Group Polices, Hyper-V, ESXi, Exchange/Office 365
    • Mobile Device Management (Microsoft Endpoint Manager, JAMF PRO, Windows AutoPilot, Apple Business Manager)

    Your Essential Duties will include:

    • Provide user and infrastructure support.
    • Assist in implementing IT solutions and systems.
    • Offer Help Desk support for daily internal issues.
    • Configure and support laptops and workstations.
    • Ensure compliance with security and information security policies.
    • Communicate with service, software, and hardware providers.
    • Follow and enforce company security policies.
    • Work independently and thoroughly check your own work.

    The technical skillset we are looking for would be:

    • Experience with Windows Server Administration
    • 1-2 years of experience on a similar role
    • Good knowledge of computer systems, hardware and software
    • Experience configuring and troubleshooting multiplе OS environments (Windows, Mac,OS, Linux)
    • Good Knowledge of Active Directory and concept of GPO policies
    • Experience working with Microsoft products, desktop, and server support
    • Network troubleshooting skills including router, VPN and Cisco firewall configuration.
    • Good command in English;
    • BA Degree in computer systems or related would be an advantage
