We are Cognyte the global leader in security analytics software. We are looking for an exceptional and passionate Product integrator and support engineer to join one of our System Integration team in Bulgaria.

Your impact:

• Being part of the product installation, implementation and integration including verification
• Working in dynamic environment and finding solutions for complex problems
• Working closely with R&D, Project Management, Support and Customers to ensure the correct product implementation and stability
• Communicating the status of various projects and initiatives and issuing technical reports
• Willing to travel abroad

Your tool box:

• Experience with Linux, Windows administration background (Group Policy, Domain Controllers, etc.)
• Experience with Dockers (Kubernetes is an advantage)
• Basic Active Directory support and administration
• Experience with Virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMWare)
• Public Cloud Administration – AWSGCP (Advantage)
• Familiarity with central storage solutions (EMC, NetApp, Dell) and technologies (SAN, NAS) (Advantage)
• Databases/SQL queries – Postgres/MSSQL (Advantage)
• Experience with system integration team (Advantage)
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Helm, Rancher
• Experience with Elastic Search, OSM, Kafka, Nuxeo, ETL tools – (Advantage)
• Good communication with multiple teams
