As a Product Manager – Mobile and Print is responsible for the full lifecycle of the Mobile and Print product ecosystem, covering mobile devices and services, telecom expense and usage management, and enterprise printing solutions. This includes mobile subscriptions and policies, telecom cost optimization via Tangoe, cloud printing platforms (MyQ Roger), and managed print services delivered by Kyocera and other suppliers.
This role defines product strategy, develops and maintains the roadmap, and drives adoption, performance, cost efficiency, and innovation to meet evolving business needs. It focuses on delivering simple, reliable, and cost-transparent mobile and print experiences, in close partnership with engineering, cybersecurity, procurement, finance, operations, and external vendors, while ensuring alignment with enterprise IT and business objectives.
