    Your mission

    You will join a cross-functional Scrum team on the mission to make the Construction Industry optimal and future-proof. You will have the chance to turn your ideas into products and the products into platforms, to build resilient systems and watch them scale exponentially. While doing so, you will have the challenge to prove that good code does not age and is easy to evolve.

    Responsibilities for the role:

    • Lead a team of professionals both junior and experienced team members by involving them in decisions where appropriate and according to their expertise.
    • Participate in business level meetings with Sales, Product and Business Analysts to provide technical feedback of what is possible as input to client interactions or strategic discussions.
    • Take technical decisions based on domain knowledge of the business architecture: business models, organizational structure, business unit relationships and key project stakeholders.
    • Facilitate Scrum meetings – stand-ups, preplanning, grooming, planning, sprint review and retrospective meetings.
    • Manage the product backlog with the help of the Product owners and Product Managers.
    • Follows-up on tasks progress and make sure there are no blockers or delays.
    • Training and professional development of team members.
    • Manage team performance by providing guidance and support to team members and regular feedback on the quality of the work and professional development of people.

    Requirements for the role:

    • At least 7 years of professional experience in C# and ASP.NET out of which 3 in agile software development.
    • Very good understanding of SDLC phases, version control, change and configuration management. 
    • Very good knowledge of the entire Microsoft web development stack.
    • Experience in Database design and development. Knowledge in NoSQL databases.
    • Approach to work with stakeholders and customers .
    • Very good written and spoken English.
    • Willingness to learn and develop your skills further.
    • University degree in the area of Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar.
