    Requirements

    Implementation Manager role consists of implementation of new services for an existing client or new clients as per agreed scope of work. Coordinating with internal teams on developments to meet client’s requirements regarding implementation.

    What will I be doing?

    • Day to day communication with client in implementation / expansion and with internal teams regarding the VAT Recovery services to be implemented
    • Ensuring implementation / expansion happens within the timeframe agreed with client in an implementation plan
    • Keeping records of the information received from client in service desk.
    • Ensuring client’s file on database is updated with regard to the agreed scope of work
    • Communicating client’s requirements internally and support developments in the processes where needed in this regard

    What skills do I need?

    • Advanced Excel knowledge is an advantage
    • Experience in VAT Recovery services is an advantage
    • Fluency in English (other foreign language(s) are an advantage) – both verbally and in writing, with clear accent
    • Strong communication skills and feeling comfortable leading dialogues in cross-cultural teams.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Working well independently with a strong sense of prioritisation in a fast paced environment.
    • Fast learning skills with a strong ability in understanding client requirements and engagements from a commercial perspective.
    • Confidence in analyzing and concluding large sets of data.
