    Responsibilities:

    • Ensures that all changes have been correctly categorized, verified, approved, dispatched and documented
    • Evaluates the Change and Release Deployment plans for completeness prior to Change Advisory Board (CAB) review.
    • To coordinate the implementation of all changes to live services as authorised by the CTO after approval by the CAB ensuring proper Risk Assessment, Impact Assessments and Test plans are performed.
    • Make sure user acceptance tests are completed and all defects addressed.
    • Reviews and evaluates all approved changes to ensure all approvals are acquired and documented within the agreed lead times
    • To co-ordinate the outputs of the Change Advisory Board (CAB)
    • Produces and communicates the change schedule to impacted service groups
    • Conducting post-implementation follow-up of failed changes to ensure lessons learnt and identifying the need for Major Incident reviews
    • To provide regular reporting and metrics on the change management process
    • Building relationships with Business customers, Team Leaders, Development Teams, IT Management, and IT support groups.
    • Working with business leaders and BI consumers to identify reporting and analytical requirements, and developing Power BI reports and dashboards to meet these requirements.
    • Assists in the daily support of end-users’ ability to effectively and efficiently utilize the reporting platform Design, build, deliver and maintain reporting for IT areas of the business using Power BI
    • Participates in business and executive meetings to gather requirements and make recommendations reporting/BI solutions.
    • Translate business needs into high-level technical specifications and design.
    • Prep, ingest, cleanse and maintain data in the data warehouse for efficient delivery to Power BI

    Requirements

    • Obtained university degree
    • Fluency in English
    • Strong communication and client-handling skills
    • ITIL expertise, knowledge and or certification (considered an advantage)
    • Process-oriented mindset, proactive attitude, eye for the detail
    • Strong MS Office skills
    • Understanding the methodology to continuously improve processes by eliminating defects or identifying improvement opportunities
    • Data Analysis: transforming data to extracting information and draw conclusions
    • Experience building complex reports in Power BI (considered an advantage)
    • Prior experience publishing Power BI reports to the Power BI service for reporting consumers (considered an advantage)
    • Problem Resolution: ability to resolve escalation issues or problems
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently
