    Requirements:

    • BSc in the field of IT, Business Administration, Economics/ Law or similar;
    • Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
    • Excellent knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365 suite and other Microsoft applications (e.g. Dynamics or PowerPlatform);
    • Very good customer service support skills;
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
    • Ability to work well in a team and under tight deadline;
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Considered as an advantage: 

    • Experience with provisioning devices using Endpoint Manager or similar;
    • Experience with Entra ID; 
    • Knowledge with Windows Server 2016 and later; 
    • Experience with Atlassian products (Cloud or Datacenter); 
    • Experience with projects related to M&A; 
    • German, Dutch or French; 
    • IT related certifications.  

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide assistance & support to company employees by identifying, analyzing, and solving both software and hardware problems both on-site and remotely;  
    • Administer the IT environment (e.g. software installation, inventory management):
      • Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts (e.g., Active Directory, Microsoft 365);
      • Analyze recurring problems and propose long-term solutions;
      • Implement role-based access controls and group policies; 
      • Audit and maintain account security and compliance; 
      • Manage endpoint protection and software deployment tools; 
      • Support vulnerability assessments and remediation; 
      • Ensure system availability and performance.
    • Observe and enforce group IT guidelines and IT standard operating procedures:
      • Assist in the creation and optimization of the IT processes;  
      • Keeping internal documentation up to date.  
    • Maintain office equipment (printers, periphery, conference rooms); 
    • Maintain inventory lists of IT equipment; 
    • Resolve Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical issues; 
    • Prepare simple reports on support activities; 
    • Enforce security protocols and monitor for incidents;
    • Participate in audits and ensure regulatory compliance; 
    • Contribute to IT projects (e.g., migrations, upgrades); 
    • Collaborate with other departments to improve IT services; 
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT with business goals; 
    • Evaluate new technologies to enhance productivity.
