    We are seeking a talented and motivated Scrum Master to join our dynamic team at CleverPine in Sofia. In this role, you will be pivotal in facilitating the agile development process and coordinating various project tasks. Your primary focus will be on Scrum-related activities, complemented by essential project coordination responsibilities. Excellent communication skills and an ability to navigate complex situations are crucial for success in this role.

     

    Some of your key responsibilities:

    a) Project Coordination Tasks:

    • Arrange and schedule team meetings and sessions.
    • Prepare and distribute Minutes of Meetings (MoMs) to ensure clear communication and documentation of decisions and actions.
    • Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of tasks.
    • Assist in the coordination of cross-team collaboration for seamless project execution.

    b) Support Agile Practices

    • Promote and support Agile practices within the team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.

    c) Team Collaboration:

    • Facilitate communication within the team to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.
    • Encourage team engagement and collaboration during sprint planning and execution.
    • Act as a liaison between the team and stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals and deliverables.

    d) Monitor Project Progress:

    • Keep track of the project’s progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and identifying any potential roadblocks.

    e) Client Interaction:

    • Maintain regular communication with clients to understand and align with their needs and expectations.
    • Manage client expectations regarding project delivery, timelines, and scope.

     

    What we look for:

    None of the listed requirements is mandatory as we seek „the right“ people, the ones with potential and with the right attitude and mindset. We will grow together, make sure you reach your full potential and help you become an expert.

    Nonetheless, these are the skills we would expect from the “perfect” candidate:

    • 1-2 years of previous experience as a Scrum Master within a software development company.
    • Project Coordination or Project Management experience.
    • Experience with communication with different stakeholders on customer’s side.
    • Technical background is a plus, and at least a high-level understanding of the SDLC.
    • Understanding of Agile concepts and Scrum framework and hands-on experience.
    • Academic background and project management/agile certifications
