    Who We Look For:

    We’re looking for an experienced DevOps Team Lead to join our team in Sofia. This role is perfect for a skilled DevOps professional with leadership experience, strong technical expertise, and a passion for mentoring. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy leading both technical projects and teams, we’d love to meet you!

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and inspire a DevOps team to deliver reliable, scalable infrastructure and deployment solutions. 
    • Mentor team members, fostering their professional growth and setting clear goals. 
    • Take full ownership of infrastructure design, monitoring, performance, and continuous improvement. 
    • Act as the main point of contact between DevOps and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables. 
    • Guide architectural discussions on cloud infrastructure, CI/CD practices, security, and automation. 
    • Continuously refine our DevOps practices, tools, and standards to optimize workflows and performance. 
    • Stay updated on the latest DevOps technologies to keep the team’s skills and tools current. 

     

    What We Look For:

    • Proven DevOps Leadership. At least 4 years of hands-on DevOps experience and 1+ year in a team leadership role, including managing infrastructure on cloud platforms, containerization, IaC, and CI/CD pipelines. 
    • Technical Mastery. Deep knowledge of scalable infrastructure, automation, monitoring, and best practices in security and performance. 
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration. Strong experience working with development, QA, product, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive project delivery. 
    • Project Ownership. Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from planning through execution. 
    • Mentorship Skills. Proven experience in guiding and developing team members to reach their professional goals. 
    • Adaptability and Problem-Solving. Eagerness to stay ahead of industry trends and continuously improve team processes. 
    • Organizational Precision. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 
    • Fluent in English. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

    • Cloud Platform: Azure, AWS 
    • Ci/CD: Azure DevOps, Jenkins 
    • Containerization: Docker, Podman 
    • Orchestration: Kubernetes, OpenShift 
    • Observability tools: ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana 
    • Databases: PostgreSQL, MariaDB, MongoDB
