Your future duties and responsibilities:

As SAP SuccessFactors Application Management Consultant, you will support and enhance SAP SuccessFactors solutions in a live international client environment. You will work closely with HR, IT and business stakeholders to ensure stable operations, high-quality support and successful delivery of system improvements and changes. The role combines functional support, configuration activities, release coordination and problem resolution across SAP SuccessFactors modules. You will also contribute to building and improving the long-term SAP SuccessFactors AMS delivery model for a strategic German client.

• Support and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules, mainly Employee Central, Learning and Recruiting.
• Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests and system-related issues.
• Perform configuration changes, testing and release support activities.
• Collaborate with HR, IT and business stakeholders to improve system processes and user experience.
• Contribute to documentation, process improvements and long-term AMS delivery setup environments.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors in consulting, implementation, support or AMS environment
• Strong knowledge in at least two of the following areas:
• Employee Central / Position Management
• SuccessFactors Learning / LMS
• Recruiting Management / Recruiter Experience
• Recruiting Marketing / Candidate Experience / Career Site Builder
• Experience with configuration, testing, release support and functional analysis
• Understanding of IT service management processes (incident, change, release and problem management)
• Strong communication skills in English
• Experience working with HR, IT, business users and external vendors

• SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting: Candidate Experience

Nice to have:

• German language skills
• Experience with RBP, workflows, business rules, MDF objects, APIs or integrations
• Experience in L2/L3 support or international client environments
