The CBTW team in Sofia is looking for a Cloud Delivery Manager.

YOUR TALENT AS CLOUD DELIVERY MANAGER:

• Proven experience with managing and monitoring an AWS Cloud environment;

• Proven experience with people management;

• Proven experience with client relations;

• Hands on experience operating Kubernetes on AWS/Azure cloud environment;

• Hands on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform and/or Cloudformation Template and/or ARM Template);

• Hands on experience with Linux and Windows OS Environments;

• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues;

• Ability to analyze new feature requests and architectural changes;

• Good understanding of Networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, VPN;

YOUR MISSION:

• Understands what needs to be delivered and why;

• Follows up on project budgets & escalates in case of potential deviance of plans;

• Follows up on incoming customer requests and ongoing projects (client SPOC);

• Prioritizes & plans long-term and day-to-day activities of team members;

• Interview & decide go/no-go for recruitment of new team members;

• Supports Domain Leader with defining and implementing strategic vision;

• Supports & enables team members to deliver their tasks;

• Supports architects with scoping & solution design and validates deliverables;

• Manages and consolidates all CBTW Group level Partner accounts/subscriptions;

• Pre-sales (focus – Business requirements and cost validation + SLAs and Legal part);
