Senior Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a Senior ML Engineer to join an innovative end-to-end software solutions center.

As a strategic R&D partner, they help businesses drive innovation by creating custom solutions and products using the latest technologies. They empowers product companies to scale rapidly and effectively by building high-performing, tailored teams. 

Their team is building and upscaling an advansed cloud-based SaaS platform of digital and data services product. You will become a part of a newlly developing team with a focus to build a document intelligence solution based on latest AI technology.

Required Experience & Skills we will be looking for: 

• Advanced knowledge of Python (native, Pandas, ScikitLearn, Tensorflow or Pytorch, PyStats, Pydantic)
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and Data Modeling
• Experience with GenAI (prompt engineering & optimization, API engineering)
• Experience in Machine Learning/ Data Science (e.g. ML algorithm selection, feature engineering, model training, hyperparameter tuning, supervised and unsupervised learning implementation, building model pipelines, using Machine Learning tools/libraries/frameworks)
• Experience with language modeling (e.g. transformers, HuggingFace, Named Entity Recognition, text cleaning)
• Experience in experiment design (power analysis and hypothesis testing)
• Proficiency in both written and verbal English communication, required for a remote and largely asynchronous work environment
• Experience owning a feature from concept to production, including proposal, discussion and execution

A big plus will be:

• A master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or other quantitative fields
• Experience working with AWS big data technologies (Redshift, S3, EMR, Glue, etc.)
• Experience with AWS tools for ML Engineering and ML deployment (Sagemaker, Lambda, Cloudformation/CDK, Step Functions)
• Background in healthcare or insurance
