Senior Full-Stack AI Engineer

Our client is developing an autonomous personalized AI Adoption platform aiming to revolutionize, optimize and automate their clients’ processes. With steady growth on the way, they need a Senior Full-Stack Engineer who pairs deep technical excellence with a strong product mindset. In this role, you will not simply execute rigid specifications; you will own major product areas end-to-end, identifying what needs to be built, architecting the solution, deploying it to production, and measuring its impact.

Responsibilities:

> End-to-End Feature Ownership: Drive significant product areas through the entire SDLC: identify areas of improvement (via data, feedback, or technical debt), scope the approach, architect, build, and deploy.

> Full-Stack Development: Write clean, maintainable, and performant code across our core stack: AWS, PostgreSQL, Python, Django, and Tailwind.

> AI-first Engineering: Utilize AI coding tools (specifically Claude Code) as your primary development assistant to accelerate velocity, optimize processes, and critically validate AI-generated outputs.

> Autonomous Decision-Making: Make critical technical and product decisions independently to unblock yourself and keep development moving forward despite ambiguity or incomplete information.

> System Architecture & Design: Design robust APIs, scalable system architectures, and maintain automated testing strategies alongside their CI/CD pipelines.

> Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with the product team and founders as peers. Actively contribute across the full stack where value is needed most, bypassing rigid role boundaries.

Requirements:

> Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience building, deploying, and scaling complex production web applications.

> Core Stack Expertise: Proven, production-level experience with Python, Django, and PostgreSQL.

> Frontend & Infrastructure Familiarity: Comfort working with modern web application patterns, including AWS deployment environments and Tailwind CSS.

> AI-Native Workflow: Demonstrated experience integrating AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code) into your daily development workflow to achieve significant productivity gains.

> Technical Leadership: A clear track record of making sound architectural choices, optimizing system performance, and elevating code quality standards.

> Software Engineering Fundamentals: Deep understanding of API design, system integration patterns, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing strategies.

> Proactive Problem Solving: A self-starting mindset with a strong sense of craftsmanship, comfortable taking initiative without waiting for explicit assignments.
