    We are looking for the right person for the following vacancy: Systems Engineer/System Requirements Engineer

    Job Description

    Your Daily Routine:

    • Elicitation and consolidation of specifications, needs, standards, requirements from all kind of sources (stakeholders, both OEMs and Internals)
    • Setup and maintenance of documents database environment to provide an adequate and transparent source of information to all the stakeholders
    • Analyzing, negotiating, and classifying the elicited requirements to detect problems, decompose complex cases, discover system boundaries, find interaction between different elements
    • Design, structure, prioritize and document system and software requirements specification
    • Define requirements verification criteria
    • Establish and maintain bidirectional traceability between all types of requirements and system architecture
    • Provide the specified requirements for review to the stakeholders
    • Support the Project management activities mainly in the area of planning and tracking the requirements activities
    • Participate in change and defect management project activities
    • Maintain global configuration data for all the documents applicable to the project
    • Prepare the Release Documentation for the project maintained
    • Participate, organize, and moderate all types of interactions between the stakeholders
    • Contribute to the overall project metrics tracking

    Qualifications

    Your Qualifications:

    • Bachelor or post graduate degree in electronics, automotive electronics, computer science or equivalent
    • 2+ years experience in requirements and system analysis or similar area
    • Deep knowledge of software and system development processes
    • Hands on experience with embedded systems
    • Mastery of requirements management tools (e.g. DOORS, JAMA, etc.)
    • Good understanding of defect and change management tools (e.g. RTC, JIRA, etc.)
    • Working knowledge on System Modelling Tools (e.g. Rhapsody, Enterprise Architect, etc.)
    • Experience with Version Control Systems (e.g. Git, CVS, SVN, etc.)
    • Fluent written and verbal English
    • German language will be considered an advantage
