We are looking for the right person for the following vacancy:

Project Manager – Validation and Verification 

• Work with cross functional engineering teams to establish program scope and deliverables, development schedules, milestones, dependencies (including resources and cost), validation plans, success criteria, track progress, and drive issue resolution among the teams.
• Work with our vehicle integration and validation teams to drive feature development, integration and validation.
• Work with cross-functional teams and other Technical Program Managers to ensure timely delivery of software releases and integration into vehicle.
• Provide strong leadership by reframing problems when the team is faced with ambiguity, obstacles/deadlocks and steer them towards solving prioritized problems.
• Leads all aspects of validation project work, including test planning definition and tracking.
• Plan, Monitor & control system and software validation and verification in accordance with customer project requirements and milestones, present data, draft whitepapers, and represent status at milestone reviews.
• Review, analyze and report verification results to provide expert root cause and corrective action support to resolve any and all issues found.
• Participate and contribute to quality reviews;
• Ensure traceability is maintained according to automotive standards
• Participate in the discussions with the Customer;
• Create and maintain reports for project stakeholders
• Organize and follow up on tasks, schedules, and bugs
• Adhere to industry best practices and specific internal procedures and standards
• Enforce QA engineering standards and best practices

Must have:

• 2+ years as Test Project Manager/Validation Project Lead/etc. within the automotive, aerospace, robotics or similar industry
• BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Computer Science, Automation or similar is a must
• Proven track of successfully managed projects in automotive testing
• Excellent understanding and proven application of ASPICE framework
• ISTQB Advanced Level – Test Manager certification
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Excellent organization skills and estimation skills
• Experience working in multinational environment
• Proficient English language (C1). German will be considered as a plus
• Ability to travel abroad

Nice to have:

• 5+ years of experience in testing of hardware & software
• Experience in ADAS, Autonomous vehicle systems and/or sensors
• Experience in rapidly growing businesses that have expanded globally.
• Experience with scripting and automation, Python or C/C++ programming experience.
• Experience managing lab equipment selection and budgeting
• Experience in Agile and SAFe methodology
