We are looking for the right person for the following vacancy: AUTOMOTIVE PROJECTS COACH

Job Description

The role is in interdisciplinary cooperation of cross-departmental teams in an international environment. As an Automotive Projects Coach your responsibilities will include the following activities:

• Mentor automotive software development teams to reach their quality targets and apply their competences into the processes/methods development and improvement
• Support projects in applying the appropriate processes/tools/methods and assist them in implementing of tailored or pragmatic solutions
• Consult automotive engineering teams in preparing for audits and assessments
• Contribute in the standard processes/tools/methods development of the particular division
• Act as interface between the processes/tools development departments and the software development projects
• Follow-up and support of local tickets or cases related to the processes/methods/tools compliance

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in automotive software/system development projects or in automotive processes improvement activities
• Deep understanding of the V-Model development process
• Systematic approach and process-oriented mindset
• Strong analytical and methodical problem solving skills
• Ability to coordinate and communicate with several teams simultaneously
• Creative, enthusiastic and positive attitude
• Proficiency in English language
• ASPICE experience in taking projects to the next level would be a strong advantage
• Previous experience in Automation QA or Integration engineering would be an advantage
• Previous experience as coach, mentor or trainer would be an advantage
• Knowledge in ISO 26262 would be an advantage
• Fluency in German would be an advantage
