What You’ll Do

We are looking for a Junior .NET Developer to join our evolving team. In this role, you will be participating in the implementation and unit testing of products as part of a knowledgeable team. You will develop and review code and contribute both to process improvement activities and the go-live plan. Successful candidates are expected to contribute to development tasks and assist in providing estimates and documentation for the chosen solution. Our team uses the industry’s best practices while producing high-quality solutions in a collaborative, agile, results-driven environment to meet our clients’ business needs. Responsibilities

• Practice: implement designs following industry’s best practices and coding standards; assist in maintaining and supporting mission-critical applications as necessary;
• Test & Deployment: work closely with Seniors and other teams (e.g., QA, configuration management, end users) to support the release of high-quality software: assist in creating test requirements and ensure sufficient unit test coverage;
• Quality & Process Advancement: participate in team improvement activities and initiatives to advance process and product quality in pursuit of excellence;
• Reporting: assist in creating project documentation on assignments as required (i.e., noting status, risks, progress, and effort).

Requirements and Technical Skills

• BS/MS in Computer Science/Engineering or related educational programs, preferably with some experience in the field;
• Proficiency in English and good communication and collaboration skills;
• Experience with .NET Framework/.NET Core;
• Experience with C# and LINQ;
• Working concepts and knowledge of object-oriented programming, datastructures, algorithms, and design patterns;
• Good analytical skills and understanding of business process and process mapping
• Willingness to learn new technologies;
• Ability to work in teams in a multiple stakeholder environment.

Nice to have

• Working concepts and knowledge of MS SQL Server, Stored Procedures and functions;
• Experience with version control systems, preferably GIT or SVN.
