Full‑Stack Developer with Python and React – Mid to Senior Level

How would a typical week look for you:

We аre looking for experienced full stack professionals to participate in the bootstrapping of a key company initiative – a web platform for data visualization and custom reporting of the different data feeds, which we currently provide in bulk.

In this position you will:

• Be involved with the technical design and implementation of our web data platform

• Actively participate in the requirements gathering and elicitation processes, working with product people and other stakeholders to ensure proper business domain modeling and data representation

• Steer the UX and UI designs based on your extensive prior experience

• Coordinate with other technical stakeholders to define data contracts and APIs, and ensure smooth integration between the web platform and its data sources (internal to the company)

• Provide guidance on and participate in the processes of ensuring a high-quality end-product (QA)

What you will bring along:

• Experience of collaborative work in an agile environment

• Goal-driven mindset

• Strong communication skills, with technical and business teams, both verbally and in writing

• Fluency in written and spoken English and Bulgarian

Must haves:

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience using full-stack technologies

• Strong skills in React, Python, Databases

• Proficiency using Python web frameworks like FastAPI or Flask and their respective ecosystems

• Experience in the process of bootstrapping a web-based solution – choosing suitable technologies and defining the architecture, guided by the specifics of the problem at hand

• Familiarity with UX/UI concerns when targeting both desktop and mobile (web) form-factors

• Participation in at least several projects from different business domains (one is OK, if it has intersection with our own domains)

Advantages:

• Experience with FastAPI (strong advantage)

• Experience with Service-Repository Design Pattern (strong advantage)

• Experience with Cursor AI, Claude AI or equivalent (strong advantage)

• Exposure to working with large data sets (billions of records, strong advantage)

• Experience building data visualization platforms

• Prior knowledge in some of our core domains (public procurement, company supply chains, trade flows, company business data)

• Involvement in building APIs for SPA front-ends (REST, GraphQL)

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools like containerization and orchestration, CI/CD, monitoring and alerting

• Dealt with authorization and billing concerns segregated by product functionality, volume and rate (including back-end API rate limiting)
