As an  Automation QA, you will be involved in the ideation and creation of our next generation Digital Products, which prepare our world for the connected healthcare of tomorrow. Our innovative solutions are tailor-made to fulfill the unique needs and high-quality standards of our partners and customers in the healthcare industry. Your tasks in the team

• Work in an Agile environment where teamwork is at its best, no exceptions

• Work tightly together with product teams and customers

• Work closely with the development team to integrate automated tests into the continuous integration and delivery pipelines

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability

• Diagnose defects and provide effective feedback

• Have ownership for the test environment(s)

• Establish and enforce testing standards, best practices, and guidelines to ensure consistent and effective testing across projects

• Continuously improve and refine the testing processes based on industry trends, feedback, and lessons learned

• Support, advise and share knowledge with other team members and stakeholders

• Develop and maintain test scenarios according to compliance rules in the company

Your experience in your backpack

• 3+ years of professional experience in structured automated and manual testing of web applications

• Proficient knowledge and experience with automated test strategies, test automation tools and frameworks for web applications

• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, processes, and best practices

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

• Ability to understand complex business processes

• Advanced English (written and spoken)

• Teamwork and collaboration

• Self-motivated, initiative and passionate about your work

• Ability and desire to step in and research new technologies

• Fun, positive attitude

Considered as advantage

• Programming skills and related experience is considered a plus

• SQL is considered a plus

• Azure Fundamentals

• Experienced in testing frameworks like Cypress, Playwright etc.

• GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tool
