As a product company, we have over 10 000 users, essentially shipbrokers, operators, owners, charterers, research firms and financial institutions. AXSMarine provides chartering solutions for all shipping business segments – Dry Bulk, Tanker, Gas, Liner and Offshore.

Our office in Sofia was opened in 2011 and since then the whole IT, Data and Business teams are located here. Our team is constantly growing, and we want to reinforce our global positioning. We are therefore now looking to hire a person to endorse the role of: WEB DEVELOPER

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience with object-oriented PHP v5.3/7.x and JS frameworks
• Strong understanding of web technologies and standards, cross browser compatibility, web performance optimization, security principles
• Good knowledge of RDBMS (MySQL) and NoSQL (Redis is a plus)
• Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
• Experience with Symfony is a plus
• jQuery, AngularJS, ReactJS or any other popular JS frameworks or libraries – ExtJS is considered as an advantage
• Unit Testing experience with PHPUnit is a plus
• Fluent in English

• Taking part in the technical implementation and maintenance of web applications
• Participating in creative and technical propositions and decisions
• Developing new algorithms and integrating them in our web applications
• Working with big data
