    Main Responsibilities:

    • On-going System Monitoring and System Administration of SAP ECC, SAP S4HANA, SAP Netweaver, SAP PO/PI, SAP BW, SAP EP
    • Monitor and Analyze system status on the SAP systems
    • System sizing based on performance statistics, historical data and data volume growth projections
    • Perform system upgrades and migrations to different SAP product version, OS or DB Platform
    • Provide 3rd Level technical support services
    • Actively participate in the preparation of planned/non-planned maintenance activities over customer systems i.e. DB reorganizations, loading of new support packages, major upgrades.
    • Implementation of enhancements related to information security and control over SAP systems
    • Perform the installation and configuration of the SAP systems in line with the SAP design/landscape topology within the agreed project timeframes and cost
    • Support and follow change processes, promote understanding of the implications on processes, people and cost
    • Achieve Monthly KPIs for SAP systems availability & performance in accordance to customer requirements
    • Review SAP System check sessions (Early Watch Alerts, etc.) and implement respective recommendations

    Job Requirements:

    • Fluent in English language
    • University degree in Information Technologies, Computer Sciences or related.
    • Ability to work on technical architecture & planning activities (Sizing, Scoping, High Availability/Disaster Recovery Strategy etc) of implementation projects
    • Strong Knowledge and Hands on experience on Technical Planning, Installations, Configuration, Printing, Software Logistics, Upgrades, OS/DB Migrations, Unicode Conversions
    • Technically fluent in Operating Systems (Unix/Linux), Databases (Oracle/SAP HANA/Sybase) administration, optimization, and troubleshooting
    • Strong skills in communication, able to present, discuss and negotiate clearly and effectively in both technical and user-friendly language
