Java Lead Engineer

What you’ll do:

Step into the future of Mobility with Anthill as a Java Lead Engineer, where you’ll drive the development of innovative, digital-first solutions for next-gen mobility projects in a major enterprise context. With over 50 years of pioneering experience, our partner has established itself as a pioneer in mobility and leasing innovation. As part of the team, you’ll build scalable systems that drive digital transformation and set new standards for efficiency and performance.

You’ll work hands-on, developing high-performance microservices and full-stack solutions. Your role will also involve close collaboration with the CTO, Architects, and Product Senior Experts, pushing the boundaries of digitization and automation while mentoring less experienced developers.

What you bring:

• Proven experience with Java (Spring), comfortable with back-end development and front-end integration.
• Hands-on with AWS, and familiar with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, REST, RabbitMQ, Redis.
• Experience improving large, complex systems.
• Deep knowledge of scaling, performance optimization, and cloud infrastructure.
