THE PERFECT TEAM MEMBER IS INSPIRED TO:

  • Manage a team of Mechanical Design Engineers to create new products from scratch, in the land-based casino domain.
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders and other teams to ensure that priorities are aligned with company goals and to prioritize or defer unplanned work.
  • Manage cross-team collaboration and be responsible for driving consensus and resolution.
  • Actively and accurately communicate risk, concerns, and impact to other teams and stakeholders.
  • Approve final technical decisions before each phase of development.
  • Contribute to process changes improving quality, performance and delivery.
  • Facilitate technical discussions and address interdependencies.
  • Be responsible for project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and adherence to the product development roadmap and timelines.
  • Oversee each product’s development from initial kick-off to serial production implementation.

THE SKILLS THAT WILL GRAB OUR ATTENTION:

  • Experience with managing and growing high-performing engineering teams.
  • Strong technical background in mechanical engineering.
  • Excellent people management skills – communication, teamwork, and leadership.
  • Ability to coach and motivate team members for their ongoing career growth.
  • Proven success leading the development of new products in fast-paced, growing-organization environment.
  • Proactive and open-minded attitude to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer-aided manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or a similar field.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in the gaming industry will be considered as an advantage.
