AMATAS – one of the leading cybersecurity service companies in Bulgaria, is looking for a cybersecurity expert to work within the team providing managed detection and response (MDR) and SOC as a service to internal and external clients.

We are looking for а passionate Senior System administrator to join our IT team and help maintaining our 24/7 operating company environment and improving the overall performance of the IT environment and services.

• Ability to run under pressure and outside standard working hours in case of need or emergency.
• Positive, analytical and problem-solving-oriented thinking and proactive approach towards all aspects of the IT processes, environment and clients.
• Ability to work on several tasks and pay attention to details.

Competences needed:

• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2019/2016/2012.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Certificate Authority, NPS, PowerShell scripting, and commands.
• Good knowledge of Linux/Unix and related operating systems.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure Administration.
• Good knowledge of VMWare Virtualization.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL servers is a plus.
• Knowledge in *nix applications: Apache, Bash scripting, Zabbix or similar monitoring system will be a plus.
• Knowledge in networking and network security is a plus.
• Ability to translate business demands into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills.

Education:

• University degree BS/BA or equivalent certification in IT or related.
• Certifications through Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA or RedHat would be a plus.
