Our team is responsible for building a new generation learning platform both for worldwide enterprises or major universities and smaller companies or even bootcamps. Our platform is inspired by ideas of product agility and is agnostic to content type. We are at the very beginning of this journey and your contribution may become a product key feature for years. We are open to your ideas on how to make our product better and meet our customers’ goals.

Department: Engineering

Duties & Responsibilities

• Most of your time will be devoted to coding and reviewing the code of your teammates
• Unit tests are very appreciated. At this point, we don’t have excellent coverage for the front-end, so the contribution is needed
• You will take part in adjusting front-end building, bundling, and related optimizations
• You will analyze site speed and related issues
• There will be a lot of collaboration with the design team: together you will develop new components for the company’s front-end platform, implement custom themes for new clients according to designs
• Finally, you can dig into complex product issues reported by customers

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years experience in TypeScript, React JS, Redux
• Experience with other frameworks like Vue.js is a plus
• Experience in UI testing (unit tests, performance testing)
• Experience in UI build stack: npm, webpack etc.
• English language knowledge – technical (at least B1-B2 level).
• Familiarity with learning management systems
• An exceptional intellectual drive to go deeper down the online learning rabbit hole
• Knowledge of UI internationalization (CLDR, globalize, intl)
