We are seeking a very talented, driven, and knowledgeable Senior Product Manager with AI experience in Sofia who will help drive our next-generation products and platform from ideation to scale deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-lead the execution of our product roadmap from inception to delivery
•  Lead internal/external discoveries to ensure we develop the right solutions at the right moment
• Write Product Requirement Docs (PRDs) and Market Requirements Docs (MRDs)
• The candidate will thoroughly investigate product requirements by a combination of:
  ○ internal and external market/competition research
  ○ interviewing customers and partners
  ○ working with fellow PMs, Engineering, and other team members
• Give concise, timely, and informed direction to Engineering
• Collaborate and effectively communicate with other stakeholders in the company, such as engineering, UX, project management, QA
• Effective communication with leadership

Qualifications:

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience
• Experience building AI products from scratch
• Strong understanding of the Product life cycle and ability to execute toward business objectives
• A continuous learning mindset
• Must be a self-starter
• Experience working within startups and/or scaleups
• Must be an effective and detailed-oriented communicator, able to connect the dots both with software and hardware stakeholders

Nice to Have:

• Experience within the physical security space, ideally with knowledge of biometrics, authentication, computer vision and machine learning technologies
• Experience working closely with HW Product Management to ensure the individual components of our combined solutions integrate seamlessly into one product
• Experience with Cloud and on-premise backends
• Understanding of and experience with physical access control, current working knowledge of competition, and substitute solutions on the market or emerging
