    What Are You Going To Do?

    We are looking to hire a skilled e-commerce Delivery Manager with technical background to supplement our growing team.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Manage one or more customer engagements, with focus on client liaison
    • Coordinate delivery activities and act as escalation point
    • Own and maintain project/customer specific artifacts such as Status and Budget Reports, Release Plans etc.
    • Access customers’ roadmaps and build capacity plans
    • Drive and implement process improvements

    What Do We Expect?

    • Experience driving teams delivering software implementations
    • Project Management skills including: Scope Management, Budget Management, Time Management, Risk Management
    • Ability to anticipate and build contingency plans
    • Knowledge of application development and understanding software systems architecture
