What Are You Going To Do?

As a Software Development Team Lead you will be involved in designing and developing solutions for global brands. You will work with Delivery Managers, Developers, Quality Assurance engineers and client teams to deliver the best in ecommerce.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design, build and configure e-commerce websites
• Integrate third party solutions using a range of e-commerce technologies
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with client teams
• Work with an Agile team to ensure solutions are delivered timely and on budget
• Lead a team developers – set & monitor team member goals

What Do We Expect?

• Expert knowledge in JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience with complete e-commerce lifecycle development
• Strong understanding of design patterns
• Hands on experience and proven track record in leading a team of engineers, designing modern solutions, (40% leading, 60% coding)
• Expert in written and verbal communication – able to work and collaborate effectively with technical, non-technical team members and/or clients
• Proven problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Knowledge in Salesforce Commerce Cloud is considered a plus
