What Are You Going To Do?

As a Director Professional Services, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class e-commerce implementation services to our customers, overseeing resource management, project delivery and operational success metrics. You will take part in growing and scaling of our software development services operations in terms of people, processes, and tools.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversight of Professional Services delivery. Customer point of contact outside of the day-to-day project team
• Responsible for quality of delivery and escalation management
• Recruiting and hiring the right mix of resources
• Collaborative management of staffing needs and proper utilization of team members, based on their skills
• Software development and delivery processes optimizations

The Director Professional Services reports to VP Professional Services.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience leading and delivering software development services
• Hands-on skills and ability to identify operational issue and address them swiftly
• Experience collaborating with diverse roles within an organization – from senior management to individual contributors
• Hands-on, can-do attitude; dynamic and proactive person
