    We are currently looking for a Head of Managed Services:


    Service Management & Operations:

    • Contribute to Service Design
    • Leads the Service Transition and client’s onboarding
    • Resource management; utilization & capacity
    • Service Portfolio management – onboard new technologies and skills in the organization, retirement of obsolete services
    • Support Business development process – actively participate in presales and sales activities (e.g. contribute to / review Service Agreements)
    • Stakeholder Management – external and internal
    • Overall accountability of the delivered services – quality and cost
    • Maintain an Ops-Calendar for major support events (Penetration Testing, vulnerability Scanning, patching, Maintenance, Upgrades etc.) Ensure that the respective items are planned and executed.
    • Maintain and Manage staff ROTA
    • Ensure strict adherence to Change management processes, and as needed participate in CAB meetings
    • A Senior point of escalation for SLA/service breaches
    • Compliance & Controls (A subset of Service Management & Operations):
    • Ensure that service support activities are compliant with Adastra & Regulatory Policies & Processes & standards
    • Recommend revisions/enhancements to our existing policies and processes to maintain compliance, and increase efficiency

    Organization & Staffing:

    • People management
    • Responsible for successful maximization of the business opportunities through efficient hiring, training, and onboarding
    • Contribute to the establishment, maintenance, and refinement of the managed services organization structure
    • Formalize & maintain relationships with other practices / entities to get their commitment for training, staffing, etc.


    • University Degree in Computer Science or similar
    • English Language fluency
    • Proven strong technical background: at least 3+ years in a technical management role, having a deep knowledge base of Operations and Software Development
    • Prior experience as a Technical Team Lead, People Manager leading projects/ teams across variable technical capabilities
    • Advanced knowledge of Linux and Shell scripting
    • Hands-on experience with Windows administration and Networking skills
    • Experience with MS Cloud
    • Knowledge and/or experience with databases
    • Knowledge of payment industry standards would be an advantage
