    We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer who is eager to learn, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is motivated to grow and share knowledge.

    What to expect:

    • Lead user research initiatives using diverse methods to deeply understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations
    • Use research to guide design choices, promote user-centered solutions, and present concepts to the team
    • Actively collaborate and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders and end users
    • Lead team discussions and the process of product design decision-making
    • Analyze data to identify design problems and iterate to enhance the user experience

    Requirements

    The perfect candidate meets the following:

    • 4+ years of relevant professional experience
    • Solid portfolio demonstrating the projects you’ve worked on
    • Proficiency in design, prototyping, and collaboration tools like Adobe Creative Studio, Figma, Miro, etc.
    • Experience in creating both mobile & responsive web application user experience
    • Еxtensive experience in UI design – visual hierarchy, composition, typography, color usage, grids, and imagery
    • Good understanding of the entire design lifecycle, standards, methodologies, and agile processes
    • Experience with design systems
    • Solid knowledge on information architecture
    • Fluent communicator and expressed team player
    • Fluency in English
