Role Overview:

The Solution Architect in the Process & Workflow Automation team is responsible for designing scalable, secure, and efficient automation solutions that align with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards. This role translates business requirements into robust technical architectures, ensuring seamless integration of automation platforms, systems, and data flows.

The Solution Architect works closely with Stream Leads, Business Analysts, Developers, and Enterprise Architects to deliver end-to-end automation solutions that drive operational efficiency and digital transformation.

Role insights:

• Design end-to-end automation solutions and produce high-level and low-level architecture documentation (HLD/LLD).
• Define integration patterns, API strategies, data models, and orchestration frameworks in alignment with enterprise architecture principles and IT standards.
• Evaluate, select, and provide architectural governance for automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate, ServiceNow).
• Design integrations with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, legacy platforms) and ensure scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Translate business requirements into technical solution blueprints and provide technical leadership during workshops and solution discovery sessions.
• Identify architectural risks and mitigation strategies, ensuring solution quality, resilience, and maintainability.

What makes you unique:

• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, system integration, or automation technologies.
• Strong understanding of RPA, BPM, workflow orchestration, and API-based architectures.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Solid knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and microservices architecture.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
