    Dobromir Nikolov  ​is looking for a new team member.

    We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with strong JavaScript expertise to implement and customize our ServiceNow Sales and Order Management (SOM) platform. You will develop Lead-to-Cash workflows and configure Sales and Order Management Workspaces to support complex B2B Telecom and ICT solutions.

    Your daily routine would include:

    • Designing and developing Lead-to-Cash workflows within ServiceNow SOM to support sales and fulfillment processes.
    • Configuring and customizing Sales and Order Management Workspaces using UI Builder to enhance user experience and productivity.
    • Developing Product Catalog, CPQ, pricing, bundling, and order decomposition logic using JavaScript and ServiceNow best practices.
    • Building and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and external CRM, ERP, billing, and fulfillment systems.
    • Configuring automation and AI-driven capabilities, including document processing and order data ingestion.
    • Ensuring data integrity and lifecycle management across orders, assets, contracts, and customer records.

    We’ll know you can make it if you have:

    • 4+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer, including implementations of SOM, CSM, Order Management, or related modules.
    • Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and ServiceNow development best practices.
    • Proven experience customizing ServiceNow Workspaces using UI Builder (UIB).
    • Hands-on experience with Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and API-based integrations.
    • Knowledge of Telecommunications/ICT environments, product catalogs, order management processes, or TM Forum standards is highly desirable.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS) are considered an advantage.
