Petya Ilieva is looking for a new team member.

We are looking for a skilled and an enthusiastic ServiceNow Demand Delivery Lead to join our CDC IT Service Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for the prioritization, management, and delivery of enhancements, new features, and improvements on ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate extensively with internal and external business stakeholders as well as other A1 teams to ensure that all ServiceNow requests are efficiently evaluated, scheduled, and delivered.

Your daily routine would include:

• Lead the full lifecycle delivery of ServiceNow demand backlog, from demand intake through execution and rollout.
• act as bridge between business stakeholders, platform owner, process owners, and technical ServiceNow teams.
• collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and manage their expectations.
• own, manage, and prioritize the ServiceNow IT backlog in alignment with business stakeholders.
• report progress, metrics, and outcomes to leadership and maintain transparency of all delivery activities.
• Work closely with the ServiceNow Platform owner, Scrum Master, Business Analyst, developers, and subject-matter/module experts during agile ceremonies to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in delivery of IT projects/demands.
• strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HR, etc.) and platform capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven experience working with ServiceNow in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes and profound experience with core ServiceNow modules.
• Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands based on business value, risk, and stakeholder needs.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum-based teams.
• excellent documentation and communication skills.
