Role insights:

• Developing and automating complex new business processes, or enhancing/modifying existing solutions to meet the requirements of identified automation opportunities;
• Using Blue Prism as the primary platform for Robotic Process Automation (RPA);
• Leveraging APIs and REST services where available, prioritizing them over frontend automation for better scalability and performance;
• Integrating automation solutions with existing systems and applications to ensure seamless end-to-end operations;
• Handling reported defects within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs);
• Testing and deploying automation workflows or fixes in compliance with Change Management, Security, and SOX regulations;
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation in tools such as Confluence, Jira, ServiceNow, and Remedy;
• Supporting ongoing RPA maintenance activities to ensure stability and continuous improvement of automation processes;
• Collaborating closely with team members in an Agile/Scrum environment, actively participating in sprints and related ceremonies.

What makes you unique:

• University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline;
• Experience in RPA development with Blue Prism and/or UiPath.
• Knowledge of Excel macros, SQL, and programming languages like Python, Java, JavaScript, .NET, and REST services.
• Well-developed problem-solving skills, with the ability to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues;
• Fluent in English.
