We are expanding the Inventory, Fault and Performance Management Stream within NW Tools and Automation Department of the A1 Competence Delivery Center. Be a part of this exciting journey!

We are seeking a skilled Product Owner with a strong background in fixed access networks, billing, software development and IT operations (with a passion for automating processes and improving system reliability).

Your daily routine would include:

• Be responsible for all demands from technology and business units concerning the fixed line provisioning and the domains covered by our telecommunications systems.
• Managing requests and ensuring that maximum business value is created with the available resources.
• Managing the development of applications for telecommunications services provisioning systems (C-SOM and Opennet) in Austria and ensuring that commitment to requestors are held.
• Managing the vendor currently responsible for operations and development. Building a new internal team of international experts to organize know how transition and takeover of operations/development.
• Be responsible for system reliability and continuous improvement.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

• 3+ years proven experience as a Product Owner and/or as a Project Manager.
• Experience with operation of Kubernetes platforms.
• Experience with solution architecture.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence and ServiceNow.
• Understanding of networking concepts and security best practices.
• Communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English – both written and spoken.
