    Spasimir Arsov is looking for a new team member.

    Your daily routine would include:

    • Coordination of incidents and application of incident management methods;
    • Helping specialists solve incidents and conduct problem/change management;
    • Handling Mails, Calls and Tickets forwarded from A1 1st Level Service Lines;
    • Being a central contact person for complex customer issues and supporting of smooth operation of the cloud platform;
    • Ensuring compliance with the service level agreements (SLA) and key quality indicators (KPI) as part of 7×24 operation with on-call service;
    • Direct customer interaction;
    • Conducting administrative activities with operating systems (Windows, Linux) in virtualized server environments (VMware);
    • Conducting administrative activities with VMWare Cloud Director Handling of virtualization technologies (Clustering, Container Management) and their virtualization dependencies;
    • Working with VMware NSX, Cisco ACI and Cisco Fabricpath;
    • Coordinating of the technical/operational documentation;
    • Ensuring the error-free delivery of all services.

    We’ll know you can make it if you have:

    • Experience in incident management and a solution-oriented approach;
    • Broad IT knowledge and understanding of complex relationships to bring about a solution;
    • A passion for Cloud Technologies and their technical functionality;
    • A high level of process understanding as well as excellent analytical thinking and key figure orientation;
    • Experience with ITIL Framework;
    • Continuous improvement of IT services with Cloud technology;
    • Customer and solution oriented way of thinking.

    Any of the following will be considered an advantage:

    • ITIL certification;
    • Windows/Linux or VMWare Certification;
    • Knowledge of IT Service processes and tools;
    • More than two year’s experience in technical customer interaction and Operating System Administration;
    • German and English Language Skills.
